Boatshed Norfolk are pleased to be able to offer this 2007 Wolstenholm 60 Luxmotor wide beam barge to the market
Tis boat has been exclusively used as a live aboard for the last 10 years on a large private mooring plot in Brundall.
The vessel is vey impressive and extremely well fitted out and showing only 50 hours on the hour counter.
She is now offered after the owner sadly passed away and is offered with 6 months free moorings on the large private plot.
The barge is a classic design and offers fantastic accommodation is two large main double cabins. There are two toilet compartments and two showers and a large central saloon, which is open plan to the tidy and well equipped galley. The boat is fully featured with light oak wood work and storage cupboards and is very clean, tidy and spacious. Her large wheel house is magnificent and affords fantastic views all round and masses of comfortable seating and a very well equipped and comprehensive helm station. The boat is complete as seen and benefits from wet central heating, full shore power hook up, solar panels, whisper generator, bow thruster, anchor windlass, a low hour Perkins sabre diesel engine that appears to start and run as it should and much much more.
The wheel house has dual sliding companionways either side to facilitate easy and safe de ck access. The deck is wide and safe and there is also an aft raised deck with a Bimini frame already in place.
it should be noted that the diesel tanks have been fully emptied as the boat has not moved for 10 or so years. Thus at this time the engine is running from a 20L drum in the engine bay until the new owner puts fuel in the main tanks.
The underfloor spaces are immaculate and easy to access with strategically placed access hatches and ladders and the whole boat needs to be seen to be appreciated just how well fitted out this vessel is. Her exterior paint is faded and would benefit from a fresh coat on the top sides but that is almost all I can criticize on the magnificent vessel. High quality Victron kit is fitted to the vessel to manage the electrical systems. She is fully spray insulated so should be a warm and cosy place to liveaboard
Her Boat safety certificate has expired since the vendors passing but should be not issue to have it renewed.
The engine was also serviced in 2025
Please note, in the video I do mention that the plot could be available with the boat for a price. The vendors have since decided not to sell the plot this year but will offer the new owner 6 months free moorings while they get used to the boat
