Broker's Comments
This Leopard 46 was in the Moorings crewed charter fleet for 4.5 years with the same crew that whole time. She was then pulled out of the fleet by the owner and has been private for the rest of the time.
She survived on land storage in the BVI through Irma but needed some repairs. There is an extensive list of repairs and upgrades that was done for the insurance surveyors post Irma amounting to $115k.
Starboard Primary winch has been upgraded to electric. The oven has a 4 burner stove top, not the standard 3. Two extra water tanks on board to take it to a total of 319 gallons.
It has a brand new full rig and new sails. She has upgraded navigation equipment and has been meticulously maintained since new.
There is a survey after repairs were done in August from Irma with an evaluation of $450k.
