Broker's Comments

This very smart Dutch barge has been extensively modernised over the years and now offers a high level of luxury accommodation.

Boasting two cabins, both with ensuite bathrooms, they are very well fitted out with bespoke cupboards and full size, double beds.

The large, open saloon has a large skylight, flooding the area with light. The solid fuel stove provides a focal point to the space. There is of course central heating with radiators distributed throughout the vessel, powered by a good sized domestic boiler that has been converted to diesel fuel.

The large galley has ample storage, both below the extensive counter surface and eye-level cabinets, with a hi-gloss finish. There is both a washing machine and dryer located inside matching cabinets across the companionway. There is currently no fridge/freezer installed, but a cabinet is ready and waiting.

The large wheelhouse is big enough to be used as a dinning area, or there is an good sized aft deck that makes the perfect spot for sundowners.

The vessel was last out of the water in 2019, so is due to be lifted.
